At my old/ wise age, I know there are some things I was lied about throughout my life. I'm used to being spoon-fed a bunch of shit from certain people in life. Santa is a LIE, the Easter bunny is a LIE, the tooth ferry a LIE! The government lies, teachers lie, history is skewed, facts twisted..... I knew that it is only up to one's self to discover their own truths. But there were things that I turned to for comfort; people who I felt I could trust... and now I find that one of those I believed in is a lie......... I had heard speculations, but I recently came upon this story: http://www.punknews.org/article/36531, and my world has flipped upside down.

It turns out that Andrew W.K., the party GOD, the sultan of all that is heavy, may be a HOAX!! It is being revealed that "Andrew W.K." is more of an entity/ idea than it is a physical person.... I can't believe it... I WON'T believe it!!! So many fascinating things in my world have become untrue, NOT THIS TOO!!!

When I was 18 and at the Vans Warped Tour, I was blown away by his performance. He took the stage with more fury than I've seen in a man. He was on a mission! If you were told not to shoot until you saw the whites of his eyes, you'd have been mauled!! His eyes were filled with the fires of HELL!!! For over 30 minutes I was catatonic from this shock wave of PARTYING purging from the epicenter on stage! I was born again. Years later I saw him blasting forth more party anthems, not even being held back by the wheelchair he was then confined to at the Video Game awards (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Z3nzq0thmM) - it brought me to tears. His charitable work as "Your Friend Andrew W.K." (from his television run) helped dozens find peace in their lives..... And now I'm told that he doesn't even exist. I am now being told that there are different Andrew W.K. performers and actors. My life is a lie...

SAY IT AINT SO, Andrew Wilkes-Krier!! Will the REAL Andrew W.K. please stand up?!

The story tells us that there is going to be an intense Q&A with what I hope to be the one and only Andrew W.K.. Though he, himself, denies he is the true one. Someone better film this, or publish the transcript, because I WANT ANSWERS!!!
